Comments: Confidence Plumbing gets my highest rating for quality of work and customer service. There was more coordination required on this job than normal, as marking the outside lines was needed from the city, plus I was getting ready to have surgery. Confidence handled setting up the city inspections, gave me a quote, and worked with me to come do the work and pick up payment while I was still in the hospital. Melissa (Customer Service) couldn't have been nicer or more efficient, and the guys who did the work left the area looking great. I'm delighted with this experience and will recommend them.

The 2 gentlemen handled it very professionally and with a good sense of humor. AND their plumbing skills were awesome. They also communicated with me during the entire process and explained to me, in a way I could understand, everything they were doing. There was only one thing that was slightly lacking. After they left I found small pieces of metal (or something from the repair process,) laying on the ground outside of my bathroom and in the tub.
